The enormous wind tunnels at Farnborough were once part of an even more expansive flight testing centre that was home to some of the most significant developments in 20th-century British aviation. Reopened for the first time in decades, they now play host to a set of artistic interventions that respond to, and give themselves over to, these extraordinary halls and their history. The Wind Tunnel Project is organised by Artliner with the V&A’s Salma Tuqan: click on any image to open the slideshow.
