Lisa Zeiger studied the history of decorative arts at the Sotheby's Institute London and earned a B.Dip in 19th and 20th century decorative arts from Christie's/University of Glasgow. She was Decorative Arts Editor of the former nest magazine and has written for The New York Times, The Art Newspaper, and HYLAND
