Adrian Cheng is one of the most influential: through his K11 Art Foundation (KAF), he supports Chinese artists and curators in the K11 Art Village, Wuhan, and shows both Chinese and international art at ‘art malls’ in Hong Kong and Shanghai. In recent years, KAF has forged partnerships with institutions in London, New York, and Paris, collaborating on exhibitions to raise the profile of emerging Chinese artists on the international scene.
