Shanghai-born and Washington-raised, JiaJia Fei is an expert in making museums more accessible through digital technologies. Last year she founded the first digital agency to help cultural organisations build their online audiences: she has already worked with a range of clients, advising them in particular on their strategies during their pandemic. Previously Fei spent four years as the first director of digital at the Jewish Museum in New York; before that she was in charge of digital marketing at the Guggenheim. Fei has given numerous talks and lectures on art and technology, including at Gray Area Festival in San Francisco, Ars Electronica’s online Finally Digital?! conference, Paris Gallery Weekend, Nasher Sculpture Centre in Dallas, New York Academy of Art and the University of Oregon, among others.
