‘William Kent: Designing Georgian Britain’ opens this weekend at the Victoria & Albert Museum, London. Kent was the most prominent architect and designer in early Georgian Britain and this exhibition will bring together over 200 objects from architectural drawings for buildings such as the Treasury and Horse Guards at Whitehall to sculpture, furniture, silver and painting.
