Britta Färber is Chief Curator and Deputy Global Head of Deutsche Bank’s Art, Culture & Sports division. As such she oversees the company’s art collection, as well as its building, exhibition and sponsorship programmes, and its online magazine ArtMag. She has curated or contributed to many exhibition projects since joining the bank’s art team in Frankfurt in 1997, most recently curating Deutsche Bank’s ‘Artist of the Year’ touring shows, which have included work by Koki Tanaka, Basim Magdy, Kemang Wa Lehulere, and, for this year’s exhibition, Caline Aoun. Färber previously worked as a journalist, as well as an art mediator for art institutions. She holds an MA in art history from Frankfurt University.
